Do we always need a strategy workshop first?
For a company-wide initiative, the workshop is our usual starting point. If an individual process is clearly defined, we can start directly with a project. Where needed, we resolve key business or technical questions through a paid assessment with a clearly defined scope. We do not charge again for analysis you have already paid for.
Is AI worthwhile for a business of our size?
A clear plan is particularly valuable if you do not have an in-house AI team. In the workshop, we assess the costs and benefits of each use case. If something is not worthwhile, we will tell you.
We already have Copilot or ChatGPT. Isn’t that enough?
That can be a good foundation. What matters is how your team uses these tools and which rules apply to data, usage and checking the results.
That is why we begin by identifying where the greatest value lies. This determines what AI should be used for, the order of priorities and the rules to follow. These are the questions we address in the AI strategy workshop.
Do you only work in finance?
No. We assess use cases across the entire business, from sales and customer service to production, procurement, HR and marketing, and implement them where they offer the greatest value.
Our experience in finance, data and IT helps us understand processes and controls. Your needs, the expected value and feasibility determine where we begin.
What happens to our data?
We consider data protection from the start and involve your data protection officer where you have one. We are technology-neutral and select solutions that fit your requirements.
What does AI mean for our employees?
The aim is to make recurring work easier. Together with your team, we clarify which tasks will change and where human review remains necessary. The workload only becomes lighter when the solution is used reliably in day-to-day work.
We involve your team and, where applicable, your works council from the start.
Which tools do you use?
We are technology-neutral. Whether it is conventional automation, an AI assistant, a knowledge assistant or an AI agent, we select what fits your problem, systems and requirements. Not every problem needs an AI agent.
How do you charge?
The introductory call is free. For clearly defined packages, we agree a fixed price. We agree the scope, deliverables and fees with you before work is commissioned.
How soon will we see results?
That depends on the process, data quality and access to your systems. Before starting, we agree a realistic timeline for the first usable outcome. We make the work involved, dependencies and testing clear; we do not promise the same timeframe for every project.
