How we work

The problem first. The technology second. The value always.

We first understand the causes, simplify the process, then choose the right technology: conventional automation, a data solution or AI. The results must be verifiable.

1

Introductory call

Free · around 20 minutes

We listen and clarify your starting point, goals and bottlenecks, including how decisions are made and how much you want to invest.

  • Your starting point, goals and pain points
  • An initial view of where AI could help
  • An honest answer on whether we are a good fit
Outcome: Clarity on the right starting point: a strategy workshop or a clearly defined project.
2

AI strategy workshop

Preparation · workshop · strategy document

Preparation. We analyse your strategy, processes, systems and interfaces and hold confidential one-to-one conversations, so the workshop can focus on decisions.

Workshop. With management, department heads and IT, we discuss goals, bottlenecks, hopes and concerns. We assess use cases across the business by impact and effort, then agree priorities and responsibilities.

Afterwards. You receive a record of the workshop and a concise strategy document with an indicative budget for each use case.

Outcome: No more than five prioritised use cases, a roadmap and a leadership team that supports it.
3

Implementation and training

First use case · handover · everyday use

Before implementation, we agree scope, baseline measures and acceptance criteria. We implement the use case, check typical cases and relevant exceptions, then test with your team. Handover includes documentation, training and initial support within the agreed scope. We agree further roadmap steps together.

  • Training: for managers, employees and each department’s internal points of contact for AI
  • Managing change: clear internal communication. We involve the works council and data protection representatives early
  • Freedom of choice: you decide who operates the solution. Ongoing operation, maintenance and further development by us are agreed separately
Outcome: A tested solution, documented responsibilities and a trained team.
Method

How we assess use cases

We assess an idea’s business value and feasibility.

Identify

Understand the task

Together, we identify recurring tasks: What information is available, what result is needed, and how will we judge its quality? We choose the right tools afterwards.

Assess

Impact × simplicity

Each use case receives a score for impact and simplicity. The scores distinguish near-term opportunities from more demanding projects.

Check

Feasibility

Are suitable data, clear rules and approved system access available? If an interface is missing, we assess alternatives. Implementation starts only once suitable access is established.

Select

The right type of solution

Conventional automation, an assistant, a knowledge assistant or an AI agent. Not every problem needs an agent.

Limit

No more than five

Two or three to start now, one or two to plan. We favour use cases that lay the foundation for others.

Record

Agree the expected benefits

For each use case, we set a baseline and a target. This makes the solution’s actual contribution visible.

Example

What the outcome looks like

The workshop list shows impact, simplicity and priority: what starts now, what moves into planning and what comes later.

Everyone can see the reasons behind the priorities.

Realistic expectations

We explain the work ahead

Preparing data, arranging access and testing exceptions take time. We explain this groundwork upfront and agree realistic steps.

Our approach

Responsibility stays with people

We automate recurring work and improve the information available for decisions. People check results and retain responsibility. Your team gains time for your business goals.

The first step is a conversation.

Free and without obligation, we clarify the right starting point.
